Majubaji Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before using the Majubaji website or mobile application. Accessing or using the Majubaji platform means you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Majubaji and its users. Majubaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the registered email address and reflected on the platform.

To use the Majubaji platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Accounts cannot be created or used if these conditions are not satisfied.

• Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement applicable in their country.
• You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You do not already have a Majubaji account, or any previous account has not been closed.

Providing accurate and complete information when registering on Majubaji is mandatory. Accounts found to contain incorrect or false information may be closed at any time.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found on the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be asked to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document.
• If any account details change (such as your address or email), you must notify Majubaji support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply to all transactions on Majubaji. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Deposits are only accepted via approved payment methods — mobile banking, bank transfer, and authorized e-wallets.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Depositing through a third-party account or someone else's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Majubaji reserves the right to place payments on hold pending investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.

Majubaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available once to newly registered members only. Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds may not be applicable to certain games. A list of eligible games will be provided separately for each bonus.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Majubaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Free spins are also subject to separate wagering requirements. Winnings from free spins cannot be withdrawn directly.

• All game outcomes are regularly audited by an independent third party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is publicly disclosed.
• If a technical issue occurs mid-game, the round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Results will not be changed unless a technical error has been proven.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Majubaji platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action if necessary.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
• Using bots, automation tools, or any software to manipulate gaming software.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Majubaji's systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using or distributing Majubaji's copyrighted content without authorization.

Majubaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violations of the Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account closure.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information may result in account suspension.
• Self-exclusion requests will result in the account being suspended for the specified period.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be marked as dormant.
• Users may contact the support team at any time to close their account.

Majubaji expressly states that it is not liable for the following matters, which fall under the user's own responsibility.

• Financial losses from gaming — gaming is purely for entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income.
• Majubaji is not liable for any game losses resulting from issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Cases where unauthorized third-party access or data theft resulted from the user's own negligence.
• For any losses incurred due to temporary service interruptions during scheduled technical maintenance.

Majubaji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
